Single leg side shift Exercise

Welcome to my blog, Harmony Shift. Here I help shift workers live happier, healthier lives through exercise, nutrition, meditation, journaling, and positivity. Today is a little something new I had mentioned I was going to try. This is an exercise video to help you get up and move. It is a single leg side step with a semi-squat. I hope you like it.

I will be posting fitness videos, yoga videos, recipes, some cooking videos, and maybe some quotes every now and then to get you motivated. Let me know if there is anything you want me to touch up on or discuss here to get you moving in the right direction.

I don’t want to go into a lot of long boring explanations of the fitness videos. I think you should be able to follow along. I don’t believe any of them will be very difficult to follow or to catch on. They are pretty easy to follow and for you to perform. But some videos might not apply to everyone. And that’s ok. We can all learn something new. The same goes for the recipes and cooking videos, they aren’t for everyone but you might get a good idea from one.

I will also have some videos posted to my Instagram account as well if you wanted to head over there and check them out. I will try not to post the same videos here that I do on my Instagram account, that way you get more videos and they don’t repeat. It’s HarmonyShift58. It used to be IronBug1. I used to sell athletic clothes along with my personal fitness training, that is why on my page you will see a lot of clothes and food.

I know it’s very confusing. Instagram, Facebook, and WordPress have strict rules and it’s very challenging to change your business name, accounts, or anything unless you completely shut down all your accounts, and start all over. I didn’t want to lose any content or anything, and I really didn’t want to lose any information that I had attached to these accounts so I am doing my best to change things gradually and with as little interruptions as possible. I appreciate all your patience and understanding while I’m going through this transition. So far I think it has been pretty smooth.
