
Hi, my name is Darren and I have been an avid fitness and nutrition enthusiast for over 15 years. After spending over 20 years combined in the the fire and EMS service, I know what it takes to get in shape. I started helping people exercise, get fit, and to live a more healthier and happier life. I am a certified personal trainer, a certified strength and condition coach, and a certified sports nutrition specialist. I work shift work and I know how hard it is. With the knowledge and experience I have gained through education and training, I wanted to give back and help other people that do shift work as well. I am hoping with the tips, tricks and recipes I have provided, you too will gain the knowledge needed to be a healthier, happier you. I offer health and wellness coaching for shift workers wanting to have more energy, more sleep, eat better and healthier, and live a happier, healthier life.
