EAA’s or BCAA’s -That is the Question

Essential Amino Acids or EAA’s are required for the body to build new muscle tissue and help with cell repair when muscles are recovering. They are called essential because your body cannot produce them. EAA’s must come from your diet or supplementation. Some foods that you can eat to get EAA’s are beef, dairy, soy, fish, and poultry just to name a few. EAAs have been shown in research studies to both improve Anabolic (Muscle Building) Exercise Response and increase Muscle Protein Synthesis.

Normally I buy just the ZMA which is Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6, but I thought I would give this a try since it has the 5-HTP included in it. What is a Pelvic Tilt?

The pelvis region distributes the weight to your lower limbs, enabling movement while helping hold the abdominal organs in place. Ideally, (in a perfect world) your pelvis should remain in a neutral position when resting. You can develop a pelvic tilt when the pelvic muscles get overstretched or underworked, causing them to pull in one direction. There are two common types of pelvic tilts, either anterior or posterior (front or back).

What are Zero- Drop Shoes?

So, the meaning of “zero-drop” is the angle between your heel and your toe when it’s in a shoe. That’s all. Most shoes, such as tennis shoes, heels, or work shoes (or boots) place the heel higher than your toes and there, hence, “drop” your foot down at an angle. With zero-drop shoes being worn places your heel and toes level with each other. This is the same as if you were walking around barefoot.
