Normally I buy just the ZMA which is Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B6, but I thought I would give this a try since it has the 5-HTP included in it. They are all roughly the same price, but I think the quality of the product is where you need to look. SNAC stands for Scientific Nutrition for Advanced Conditioning.
