Is it Intuitive Eating or Mindful Eating?
Intuitive eating is actually a very simple idea. It basically means that you make peace with all types of food. You see, unlike traditional diets that restrict or “ban” certain foods, intuitive eating requires you to stop looking at food as “good” or “bad.” Instead, listen to your own body and eat what feels right for YOU. Researchers have identified similar genes in people, fruit flies, mice, plants, fungi, and several other organisms that make up the “clocks” molecular components.
